YOGA:
- YOGA FLOW
A class suited for those who are looking to level up their Yoga practice. This class incorporates vinyasa style breathing and movements to help the athlete create balance in mind, body and soul.
- MINDFUL FLOW
Yoga practice focuses on thoracic (spine), hip and ankle mobility. It incorporates yoga postures, mobility drills and mindfulness-based meditation
- RESET FLOW
Class focuses on slow and intentional movements while either seated or lying down. Poses are held for extended increments while the temperature of the room is warmed with infrared heating.
